        By accessing or using Zentrexo ("the Service"), you agree to          be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree,          please do not use the Service.    

   

1. The Service

   

        Zentrexo provides synthetic data generation via a web interface          and API. You upload a CSV file, and we return statistically          similar synthetic data that contains no real personal information.    

   

2. Acceptable Use

   

You agree not to:

   

       
• Upload files containing sensitive personal data              (we recommend anonymising before upload)
       
• Use the Service for illegal purposes
       
• Attempt to reverse engineer or abuse the API
       
• Share or resell API keys
       
• Exceed the row limits of your plan
       
• Use the Service to generate harmful or fraudulent data
   

   

3. Plans and Payments

   

       
• Free Plan — 100 rows per request, no charge
       
• Starter Plan — $149/month, 10,000 rows per request
       
• Growth Plan — $999/month, 100,000 rows per request
   

   

        All payments are processed by Paddle. Subscriptions renew          automatically each month unless cancelled. Prices are          displayed in USD and may be subject to local taxes.    

   

4. Refunds

   

        We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on          first-time purchases. If you are not satisfied within 7 days          of your first payment, contact us for a full refund.          No refunds are issued after 7 days or for subsequent          billing cycles. 5. API Keys

   

        Upon subscribing, you will receive an API key. Keep your API          key secure. You are responsible for all usage under your key.          Do not share your API key publicly or with unauthorised parties.    

   

6. Data and Privacy

   

        Uploaded CSV files are processed in memory and immediately          deleted. We do not store, share, or use your uploaded data          for any purpose other than generating synthetic data.          See our Privacy Policy for details.    

   

7. Availability

   

        We aim for maximum uptime but do not guarantee 100%          availability. We are not liable for any losses caused by          service interruptions. Planned maintenance will be          communicated in advance where possible.    

   

8. Intellectual Property

   

        The Zentrexo name, logo, and platform are owned by Zentrexo.          The synthetic data you generate belongs to you. You retain          all rights to data you upload and data generated for you.    

   

9. Limitation of Liability

   

        Zentrexo is provided "as is". We are not liable for any          direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from          the use of our service. Our total liability shall not          exceed the amount you paid in the last 30 days.    

   

10. Termination

   

        We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that          violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at          any time through your account or by contacting us.    

   

11. Changes to Terms

   

        We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use          of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of          the new Terms.
