1. Money-Back Guarantee

   

        If you are not satisfied with Zentrexo within 7 days of your          first payment, we will issue a full refund. Simply contact us          at ops@zentrexo.com          with your account email and we will process your refund within          3-5 business days.    

   

2. Eligibility

   

       
• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the first payment
       
• Only applicable to first-time purchases
       
• One refund per customer
       
• Free plan users are not eligible (no charge applies)
   

   

3. Non-Refundable Situations

   

       
• Refund requests made after 7 days
       
• Subsequent monthly billing cycles
       
• Accounts terminated for violating our Terms of Service
   

   

4. Cancellations

   

        You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations          take effect at the end of the current billing period.          You will continue to have access to your plan until          the end of the paid period.
