        Zentrexo ("we", "us", or "our") operates zentrexo.com and the          Zentrexo API. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use,          and protect your information when you use our services.

• Contact Information — name and email address              when you sign up or contact us
       
• Usage Data — API requests, number of rows              generated, timestamps
       
• Payment Information — processed securely              by Paddle. We never store card details
       
• Uploaded Files — CSV files uploaded for              synthetic data generation are processed in memory and              immediately deleted. We do not store your real data.

• To provide and improve the Zentrexo synthetic data service
       
• To process payments and manage your subscription
       
• To send service-related emails (account updates, API key delivery)
       
• To monitor API usage and enforce plan limits

3. Data Retention

   

        CSV files you upload are processed in real time and are          never stored on our servers.          Synthetic data generated is returned directly to you and          not retained by Zentrexo. Account information is retained          for as long as your account is active.    

   

4. Data Sharing

   

We do not sell your data. We may share data with:

   

       
• Paddle — for payment processing
       
• Render — our API hosting provider
       
• Vercel — our website hosting provider
   

   

5. Cookies

   

        We use minimal cookies necessary for the website to function.          We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. You can disable          cookies in your browser settings at any time.

        We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS          encryption for all data in transit. Payments are handled          by Paddle, which is PCI-DSS compliant via Paddle (via Paddle).

        Zentrexo is not directed at children under 13. We do not          knowingly collect personal information from children.    

   

9. Changes to This Policy

   

        We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.          We will notify you of any significant changes via email          or a notice on our website.
